Recognized
academic/educational qualifications from a recognized institute

Should have a
proven track record minimum of 10 years working in the capacity
of a Service Manager or above position in a reputed organization
specifically a franchise holder dealing with any make of Motor
vehicles local or overseas.

Should have the
competency to guide the after sales service personnel to perform
in par with the manufacturer’s standards on their assigned jobs
pertaining to the after sales services.

Should be able
to liaise with the customers on Technical matters to enlighten
them to improve the regular input.

Skill and
dexterity in working with Equipment used in modern Automobile
Technology
Knowledge of
languages, a proven track record in marinating high productivity,
excellence in customer relations, accurate diagnosis ability,
fulfilling corporate targets, and meeting challenges in achieving
given targets will certainly be an advantage.
Previous experience
in repairs & maintenance of European cars would be an added
advantage.
